Wikrt trotz seiner Jugend in der Nase schon vielschichtig. Im Gaumen sehr ausgewogen, mit präsizer, vielschichtiger Frucht, samtigem Tannin und einer frischen Säure. Wirkt sehr lebendig.

This has some grippy tannins and dark pepper and olive detail sitting under the sweet, ripe fruit. Blackberries and black cherries dominate, with a nice combination of the sweet and savoury. Stylish.
There is hint of green olive at the back. The wine is lean in character, but there is enough texture to pair with grilled fish drizzled in lemon juice and olive oil.
The pale straw-colored Assyrtiko bursts out of the glass with lemon and tangerine juice aromas plus lime rind and zest, followed by an incredibly bright palate.
